Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Group‑wide communications strategy aligned to business growth and organisational objectives.
- Build structure, consistency and governance across internal communications and external communications activity.
- Own and manage LinkedIn communications strategy, increasing engagement, visibility and external brand presence.
- Lead website communications, content management and digital communications activity.
- Create and manage a communications calendar for internal and external messaging.
- Write, edit and publish high‑quality content across LinkedIn, website, presentations and corporate communications channels.
- Support investor communications, executive presentations and leadership messaging.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders including the CFO, HR leadership teams and operational leaders across multiple regions.
- Ensure all announcements and communications are distributed across the most effective channels, including industry press and media outlets.
- Coordinate with PR and external media contacts to maximise visibility of company news and communications activity.
- Translate technical and complex business information into clear, engaging and commercially focused communications.
- Support internal communications initiatives that improve employee engagement and organisational alignment.
- Ensure all communications align with wider Group brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Monitor communications performance and continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Operate as a hands‑on Communications Manager within a lean team environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a Communications Manager, Corporate Communications Manager or Senior Communications Executive.
- Worked within an Energy or Corporate environment.
- Solid experience across internal communications, external communications and digital communications.
- Experience managing LinkedIn content strategy and website communications.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating presentations and investor‑facing communications materials.
- Comfortable operating in a stand‑alone or lean communications environment where you manage delivery directly.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with confidence partnering with senior leadership teams.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite and digital communications tools.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and highly organised approach.
- Able to bring ideas, challenge thinking and improve communications processes.
- Enthusiastic, hands‑on and keen to grow within a dynamic organisation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across international regions.
