- Complex diary management – navigating conflicting priorities with speed and care
- Supporting client and stakeholder relationships
- Organising national & international travel (visas, logistics, itineraries)
- Supporting project teams
- Assisting with internal/external events
- Occasional cover for Partner PAs when needed
