Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

  • Provide comprehensive business and personal support to a co-founder
  • Complex calendar management, project coordination, expenses, correspondence and administrative support
  • Arrange intricate domestic and international travel, including private aviation, commercial flights, accommodation, visas and logistics
  • Plan and coordinate high-profile events including board meetings, private dinners, team events and stakeholder engagements
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support personal errands, gifting, shopping and household-related coordination
  • Liaise with vendors, household managers and service providers to ensure seamless execution
  • Conduct research, gather information and proactively solve problems on behalf of the executive

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Experience supporting a senior executive within a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Experience withint the Private Equity industry
  • Exceptional travel management expertise, including complex international itineraries and last-minute changes
  • Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • A highly proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong communication skills combined with emotional intelligence
  • Absolute discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to provide support outside traditional working hours when required
