Position Overview
Benefits Advisor – 12 Month FTC. Salary £45,000-£50,000. Hybrid: 3 days per week Central London office. 25 days holiday, pension, wellness budget, professional development, social events.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with annual benefit renewals and administration for UK and International Benefits.
- Respond to internal and external queries.
- Provide benefits data for Group renewal processes.
- Ensure accurate payroll information is uploaded to system.
- Support and contribute to Wellbeing Initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Financial industry preferred but not essential.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
- Team player with proactive, client-focused approach.
