C&C Search is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a highly respected international financial services organisation offering exceptional benefits and hybrid working opportunities between London and Paris.

Position: Administrative Assistant – supporting two senior Executive Assistants across London and Paris offices

Salary: Up to £40,000.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive administrative support to two senior Executive Assistants across London and Paris.
  • Manage calendars, meeting coordination and complex international travel arrangements.
  • Support office and facilities management including meeting rooms, visitors and office supplies.
  • Process invoices, payments and expense reconciliation in line with compliance procedures.
  • Manage shared mailboxes ensuring timely follow‑up across teams.
  • Coordinate couriers, post and shipments between international offices.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate meeting minutes.
  • Support day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks across multiple business lines.
  • Assist with payroll funding administration and financial tracking activities.
  • Maintain excellent communication with senior stakeholders and wider teams across geographies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within an Administrative/Office Assistant or Reception position in financial or professional services.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, flexible and team‑oriented approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Financial services or financial markets experience would be advantageous.
  • Fluent English required; French language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
