Key responsibilities:
- Family diary and travel management (private jets, commercial flights, luxury hotels)
- Complex social calendars, restaurant bookings, and appointments across multiple time zones
- Children\’s education coordination (school admin, activities, liaison with staff/tutors)
- Household staff recruitment, management, and administration
- Primary contact for contractors, suppliers, and property emergencies
- Private event organisation (parties, family celebrations)
- Support for extended family (travel, appointments, admin)
- Personal shopping, gifts, and errands
Required background:
- Private PA experience in high-net-worth/VIP environments
- UK-based with strong London contacts and local knowledge
- Experience in supporting an Eastern European family or an understanding of cultures is highly advantageous
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
