Local Building and Refurbishment Company based in Rainham Essex requires a skilled tradesperson to work with our existing team. Working on sites in London, Essex and surrounding areas.
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Tradespeople who specialise in a single trade discipline. We are looking for qualified professionals such as:
- Carpenter
- Plumber
- Bricklayer
- Painter & Decorator
- Plasterer
- Tiler
- Roofer
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their craft and deliver high-quality workmanship within their specific trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out work to a high professional standard within your trade specialism
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications where required
- Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Complete projects within agreed timeframes
Requirements
- Proven experience in your specific trade
- Relevant qualifications or apprenticeship
- Valid CSCS card (if required)
- Have or be able to pass a DBS check
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
