Abbott's flooring is a long-established family run, trusted specialist serving residential and commercial customers. We are based in east London supplying and installing all manufacturers of flooring.

This is a full-time on-site role located in London for a Sales Attendant. The Sales Attendant will assist customers by providing a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Daily tasks include maintaining an organized and visually appealing store, processing transactions accurately. They will also support the sales team in achieving sales targets and follow company policies and procedures to uphold operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales acumen and the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Inventory management and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and ability to manage customer queries effectively
