CAW, a leading supplier and installer of windows and doors in Cornwall, is seeking an organised, customer-focused Service Manager to oversee all post-installation service operations and lead the service team based from our Truro head office.
You will manage and schedule service engineers, handle warranty work and product issues, diagnose technical problems with uPVC and aluminium systems, maintain service records, and ensure high standards of customer care and workmanship.
