CAW is a leading supplier and installer of uPVC and aluminium windows, doors, patio doors, bi-folding doors and commercial glazing systems across Cornwall. We\'re looking for an organised, customer-focused Service Manager to oversee all post-installation service operations and lead our service team based from our Truro head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule service engineers and customer appointments.
- Handle all service enquiries, warranty work, and product issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with uPVC and aluminium systems.
- Maintain accurate service records and reporting.
- Ensure high standards of customer care and workmanship.
- Work closely with engineers, installation teams, customers and suppliers.
- Source and order materials from suppliers.
