We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Prospecting Representative to join our growing company in the heart of Bristol. We have a strong proposition and are ready to find the right person to help us connect with more businesses across the South West.
In this role, your primary focus will be direct outbound calling to businesses within our target market. Your goal will be to identify key decision-makers, introduce our offering, and secure qualified discovery calls for the wider sales team. You will also be required to sequence decision makers via email and LinkedIn to try and establish contact.
You will need a strong desire to succeed, high motivation, and resilience. We are looking for someone confident on the phone and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders. As the first point of contact in the sales process, you will play a crucial role in building initial rapport, understanding business needs at a high level, and ensuring high-quality handovers to the sales team.

To achieve this, we are building a specialist lead-generation team to improve the qualification of prospect companies that would be interested in our services. This role is key to fueling our future growth, and pivotal to our success.
Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound phone calls to businesses within the target market to initiate first contact.
- Identify and qualify key decision-makers (e.g., Directors, Owners, IT leads, Operations Managers).
- Ask targeted qualifying questions to understand business needs at a high level.
- Overcome objections confidently while maintaining professionalism and control of the call.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes within the CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity targets, including calls made and conversations held.
- Continuously refine call approaches based on feedback, performance insights, and market understanding.
- Stay informed about the target market to improve conversation quality and success rates.
Your key performance indicators will be based on:
- Direct Outbound Calling figures
- Decision makers entered into sequencing
- Number of Pre-Qualified leads per week
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- Highly organised and comfortable working to activity-based KPIs

- Knowledge of Microsoft software
