Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site information technology & facilities manager role in Keighley. You'll oversee IT infrastructure and assist with 1st line helpdesk while keeping a focus on long‑term planning and resilient IT operations, and manage facilities and site, including associated IT integrations, such as access control and CCTV, to provide a safe and efficient work environment. The role involves planning and implementing IT and facility maintenance initiatives, troubleshooting technical and operational issues, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT Management, Information Technology, and IT Operations
  • Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting technical and operational challenges
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to oversee multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory compliance related to facilities is an advantage
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, facilities management, or a related field is preferred, although not essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Package

Salary is competitive depending on experience. (Starting ~£30k per year, subject to experience and reassessment after a 3‑month trial period) Extra holiday days for long service and buy‑back schemes are available. Early finish on Fridays.
