We are currently looking for an Operations Admin Support to join our busy and innovative team in Greater London. Hours of Work: full time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee successful and fully compliant installation of compactors for new and existing customers.
- Organise and coordinate timely repair of compactors after damage or breakdown, using internal and external parties in line with the Th!nk Customer ethos.
- Organise day‑to‑day work for the engineering team.
- Arrange and record compactor servicing in line with health & safety and company requirements, using internal and external parties.
- Maintain records of repair and refurbishment costs, monitoring spend against the budget for each compactor.
- Keep an up‑to‑date register of all compactor locations.
- Review compactor stock status weekly and communicate availability when requested.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of stock levels and order spares as required.
- Produce RAMS for required works and service schedules.
- Prepare work requirements and schedules in conjunction with the sales department.
- Liaise regularly with suppliers to compare prices and reduce costs where possible.
- Handle out‑of‑hours requests as required.
- Ensure training records are kept up to date.
- Ensure vehicle servicing and MOTs are booked when required.
- Manage team holidays on Cascade.
- Manage and work towards department monthly KPIs.
- Carry out vehicle spot checks to review mileage and condition.
- Conduct daily walkarounds and report any H&S issues.
- Support movement within the operations team as required, including specialising in other areas to aid personal development and benefit the business.
