This role supports the successful planning and delivery of a seasonal project through effective coordination, communication, and operational execution. The candidate will help ensure activities run smoothly, on time, and within budget, with strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. They will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
The role requires:
- Excellent communication with stakeholders
- Financial administration skills, including reconciliation of expenditure and invoices
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project logistics, including schedules, resources, and operations

- Support and coordinate volunteers or event teams
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools
- Support post‑project activities, including final reporting
- Contribute proactively to a collaborative team with strong attention to detail
