With a primary focus on deal registration, the role ensures vendor opportunities are managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with partner programme requirements, maximising commercial outcomes for Bytes and strengthening vendor confidence. The role also provides structured operational and analytical support to Vendor Alliances Managers, enabling them to focus on strategic vendor growth and Go-To-Market execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deal Registration & Vendor Governance Own end-to-end governance of deal registrations across strategic and core vendors Coordinate with vendors, Vendor Alliances Managers, specialists, and sales teams Ensure deal registrations are accurate, timely, and compliant with vendor SLAs Review and report on deal registration approval rates and win/loss ratios Undertake and analyse loss analysis data to inform future alliance activity Maintain CRM as the single source of truth for deal data Vendor Commercial Performance & Insight Track and manage direct vendor rebates, ensuring accurate governance and reporting Provide data for reporting on renewal retention, refresh potential, and cross-sell / upsell opportunities Support Vendor QBRs, performance reviews, and bi-annual client technology update meetings Analyse alliance performance trends to identify risks and growth opportunities Vendor Alliances Manager Enablement Provide operational, administrative, and analytical support to Vendor Alliances Managers Support preparation and coordination of vendor meetings, QBRs, and sales enablement sessions Maintain internal vendor documentation and SharePoint / Compass pages Support tracking of certifications, specialisations, and partner programme requirements WIDER TEAM NETWORK (WHICH TEAMS WILL THE POSITION WORK WITH DIRECTLY AND WHO WILL THEY RELATE TO EXTERNALLY) Internal Vendor Alliances Managers, Sales Teams, Vendor Specialists, Marketing, Operations External Strategic and Core Vendors, Distributors, Marketplace Partners QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: (DELETE AS REQUIRED IF ESSENTIAL OR DESIRABLE, REMOVE UNNECESSARY REQUIRENENTs) Educational Qualifications: ESSENTIAL OR DESIRABLE Professional Qualifications ESSENTIAL OR DESIRABLE Years of Experience ESSENTIAL OR DESIRABLE Other Requirements ESSENTIAL OR DESIRABLE CORE Competencies & SKILLS – BASED ON POSITION AND GRADE (IF APPLICABLE) (INCLUDE CORE COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION BASED ON THE GRADE) Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Experience working with CRM systems and structured governance processes Ability to analyse commercial data and provide actionable insight Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Understanding of vendor programmes, IT, software, or cloud environments (desirable) MEASURES & GOALS (HOW WILL THE SUCCESS OF THE PERSON IN THIS POSITION BE MEASURED – WHAT ARE THE EXPECTED OUTPUTS) OBJECTIVE MEASURE FREQUENCY Effective governance and execution of deal registrations Improved deal registration approval and win rates Accurate tracking and reporting of vendor rebates High-quality insight supporting Vendor Alliances strategy Positive feedback from Vendor Alliances Managers and vendors
