SKILLS REQUIRED:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct in-depth market research to identify prospect clients who are looking to buy Microsoft and Cyber Security Solutions. Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and strategic use of social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients. Conduct thorough client needs assessments to uncover pain points and Microsoft / Cyber Security requirements.
- Solution Selling: Identify client challenges and offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with your aligned senior account manager to build credibility and deliver proposals that meet client needs.

- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, leveraging this intelligence to refine sales strategies.
- Strong Management of Virtual Team: Proven ability to foster and sustain strong relationships with specialists and pre-sales teams, effectively supporting the sales process.
- Degree level qualification desirable.
- 2+ Years Experience for an IT Value Added Reseller, Distributor, or Vendor.
- 2 Years successful sales experience.
- Proven Success in a Sales Role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
