We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team, responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of existing Mid-Market customers (up to 2,000 seats), alongside generating some new business. This is a relationship-led, value-driven role, focused on account growth, cross-sell, and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing accounts: Work with technical specialists to design tailored solutions across Microsoft, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Managed Services.
- Own the account lifecycle: From account planning and renewal management to identifying growth opportunities and closing deals.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in IT sales or account management (VAR, reseller, vendor, or service provider).
- Proven experience managing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured approach to pipeline and account management.
