Purpose of the JobBytes is seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic Mid-Market Sales team. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in IT sales, client onboarding, and driving growth within the private sector.
As part of our Mid-Market division (organisations up to 2000 employees), you\’ll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. What You\’ll Do
Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify new opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Engage Clients: Build strong relationships, understand business challenges, and position Bytes as a trusted partner.
Solution Selling: Develop tailored IT solutions and deliver compelling presentations.
Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead negotiations and consistently exceed sales targets.
Manage Pipeline: Maintain accurate forecasts and leverage CRM tools for efficiency.
Stay Ahead: Keep informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
What We\’re Looking For
5+ years\’ experience with an IT Value Added Reseller, Distributor, or Vendor is desirable
Open to individuals with proven sales ability looking to transition into IT Sales
Hunters with a proactive, driven mindset
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self‐motivated and proactive, with strong CRM knowledge
Based within commuting distance of Reading
