PURPOSE OF JOB:
As a Microsoft AI Business Solutions Presales Architect, you will be instrumental in helping customers understand and adopt Microsoft’s AI-powered business solutions—particularly Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
You will engage with business and IT stakeholders to uncover pain points, identify automation opportunities, and design solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and innovation. Your work will involve delivering workshops, building demos, and supporting the sales process with tailored solution proposals.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure that customer engagements are aligned to Microsoft’s AI roadmap and best practices. You’ll also stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI capabilities and help customers navigate responsible AI adoption.
This role is perfect for someone who combines a strong understanding of business process transformation with a passion for AI, automation, and customer success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead customer discovery sessions to identify business process challenges and automation opportunities
- Design and present AI-enhanced business solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape proposals and ensure solution feasibility
- Deliver workshops, demos, and proof-of-value engagements tailored to customer needs
- Stay current with Microsoft’s AI roadmap and responsible AI practices
- Ensure proposed solutions align with Microsoft’s “Metrics that Matter” to drive measurable customer outcomes
Educational Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field – DESIRABLE
- Equivalent industry experience in lieu of formal education – ESSENTIAL
Professional Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect or equivalent – DESIRABLE
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or AI Fundamentals – DESIRABLE
Years of Experience
- 5+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales, solution architecture, or consulting role – ESSENTIAL
Other Requirements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio – ESSENTIAL
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to business stakeholders – ESSENTIAL
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s responsible AI principles – DESIRABLE
