You will sit at the centre of how Bytes works with its strategic vendors, making sure every opportunity is captured, governed and converted properly. As Bytes continues to grow, the scale and value of our vendor partnerships is increasing. This role exists to bring structure, consistency and insight to how we manage vendor opportunities. You will enable stronger vendor relationships by ensuring deal registrations are handled correctly, data is trusted, and performance is understood and improved.
What you will deliver in your first 6–12 months:
- Own and improve the end to end deal registration process across key vendors
- Increase deal registration accuracy, approval rates and speed of execution
- Provide clear reporting on win rates, losses and pipeline performance
- Build reliable rebate tracking and reporting to protect and grow commercial value
- Turn data into insight that highlights risks, trends and growth opportunities
- Support high quality vendor reviews and internal planning with accurate information
- Create well organised, up to date vendor documentation and internal resources
What you need to succeed:
- Strong organisation and attention to detail in high volume, process driven work
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured governance processes
- Ability to analyse data and translate it into clear, actionable insight
- Confident communication with both internal teams and external partners
- Commercial awareness and an interest in how deals are structured and won
- Exposure to IT, software or vendor ecosystems is useful, but not essential
