The mission
Bring structure, accuracy and control to how Bytes works with vendors and suppliers. You will keep operations moving, resolve issues quickly and help the business deliver for customers without friction.
What you will deliver in your first 6β12 months
- Keep supplier onboarding moving, resolving queries and removing blockers
- Act as the central point between sales, vendors and partners to keep deals progressing
- Improve how issues and escalations are handled, making sure they land with the right teams
- Maintain clean, accurate data across systems to support quoting, billing and reporting
- Support private offers and pipeline tracking to ensure deals close on time
- Spot gaps in processes and suggest simple, practical improvements
- Help ensure rebates, invoicing and supplier activity are tracked and completed correctly
What you need to succeed
- 1 year of experience in IT channel, working with channel programs, rebates, vendor management, and/or supplier onboarding
- Strong admin experience with high attention to detail
- Confident working with numbers, data and commercial information
- Clear problem solver who can handle issues, escalations and competing priorities
- Able to act as the go-between across teams and keep everyone aligned
- Exposure to distribution or the IT channel is a strong advantage
