We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage a variety of vendor relationships, compliance, and performance across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, supply chain operations, and a strong understanding of the rebate, fulfilment, and escalation processes. This role will focus on centralised rebates, unmanaged vendors & suppliers, channel programs, and overall supply chain performance management. This role provides a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of supply chain functions, vendor relationships, and performance management tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketplace Operations: Play a central role in the day-to-day operations by proactively managing private offer creation and management across all programmes. Including owning co-ordination between customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Serve as a dedicated resource for the sales team, Vendors, partners, and customers, being on hand to offer expert insights into Marketplace onboarding processes and private offer execution.
- Support and guide the sales team in ensuring the successful management and renewal of existing marketplace private offers, utilising available reporting platforms to track and ensure the timely execution of new offers.
- Efficiently log, track, and oversee all incoming opportunities, utilising internal tools and report as well the AWS’ own ACE Platform to manage pipeline progression and accuracy.
- Stay aligned with best practices, guidelines, and operational standards.
- Collaborate proactively with Bytes' internal & External Billing teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and recording of closed Private Offers within the Smart Info system.
- Maintaining marketplace information across Website, Compass, and Portals.
- Manage the supplier onboarding process, including new buying program setups, escalations, and invoice queries.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of new suppliers into the supply chain.
- Ensuring any highlighted terms within new supplier setups are implemented through the quoting tools.
- Review and optimise onboarding enhancements and elevate issues to relevant departments as required.
- Support the relationship with unmanaged, ensuring smooth supply chain processes.
- Monitoring and consolidating vendors through strategic suppliers where possible.
- Proactive Maintenance of name changes and acquisitions.
- Reactively support sales with supply chain related queries, including but not limited to unmanaged vendors.
- Portal and data maintenance: Vendor and supplier contact details, Auto Renewal & Termination periods, Vendor tiering and taxonomy.
- Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements of our processes, systems and procedures to increase efficiency, reduce waste, cost, and enhance margins and customer experience.
- Rebate Resilience: As part of the wider Supply Chain Co-ordinator team, ensure understanding of the rebate structures for all vendors and distributions to ensure coverage of allocation at critical periods, including claiming and timely allocation of centralised rebates.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT channel, working with channel programs, rebates, vendor management, and/or supplier onboarding is preferred.
- A strong understanding of supply chain processes, including fulfilment, pricing, quoting, and compliance monitoring.
- Vendor certifications is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships and contracts.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of hardware components, logistics, supply chain processes, and industry best practices.
- Solid understanding of procurement regulations, contracts, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
