This role exists to lead and grow the Co-pilot Studio and Power Platform practice within Bytes, providing strategic direction, technical leadership and commercial oversight across a team delivering AI-driven agent solutions and Power Platform services.
As a hybrid player-manager, you will combine hands-on customer delivery with practice development, ensuring customers receive high-quality solutions while driving the growth, innovation and maturity of the service offering.
Working closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, delivery teams and customers, you will help establish Bytes as a trusted Microsoft partner for Co-pilot Studio, Power Platform and AI-led transformation initiatives.
- What you will deliver within the role
- You will define, evolve and execute the vision and strategy for the Co-pilot Studio & Power Platform practice.
- You will lead, mentor and support a team of consultants, fostering a culture of quality delivery, innovation and continuous improvement.
- You will remain actively involved in customer engagements, workshops and project delivery, acting as a technical authority across Co-pilot Studio and Power Platform solutions.
- You will collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing teams, providing solution design guidance, technical expertise and support for pipeline development.
- You will identify, define and launch new services that expand the Co-pilot Studio and Power Platform portfolio.
- You will drive the continual improvement and standardisation of existing services, delivery frameworks and documentation.
- You will ensure solutions adhere to best practices across governance, security, compliance and user adoption.
- You will act as a senior escalation point for technical and delivery challenges, supporting consultants and customers where required.
- You will represent the practice within customer engagements, partner events and internal leadership forums.
- You will maintain a strong understanding of Microsoft's Co-pilot, Co-pilot Studio and Power Platform roadmap, ensuring Bytes remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Proven experience leading a consulting, implementation or delivery team within a Microsoft-focused environment.
- 4+ years' experience working with Power Platform, Power Virtual Agents and/or Microsoft Co-pilot technologies.
- Deep technical understanding of Microsoft Co-pilot Studio and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven business transformation and low-code solution development.
- Experience delivering solution designs, implementation frameworks and customer-facing engagements.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Security technologies or Dynamics 365.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels.
- Experience supporting governance, security and compliance requirements within enterprise environments.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to support service growth and innovation.
- A proactive leadership style with a passion for mentoring, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Microsoft certifications including AB-730, AB-100, PL-200 or PL-900.
- Experience with Microsoft-funded programmes such as Deployment Accelerators and Envisioning engagements.
- Additional Microsoft certifications across Security, Compliance or Identity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft's AI roadmap and partner ecosystem.
