Mission
This role exists to develop, package and drive the adoption of Microsoft-focused products, services and solution offers that align with customer needs, Microsoft's strategic priorities and Bytes' growth objectives.
From initial market analysis and product strategy through to go-to-market execution and ongoing optimisation, you will play a key role in building a portfolio of repeatable offers across areas such as AI/Copilot, Azure, Security, Data & Analytics and Modern Work.
Working closely with technical architects, sales teams, marketing, delivery teams and Microsoft stakeholders, you will help shape the future of our Microsoft practice while driving revenue growth and customer value.
- What you will deliver within the role
- You will research customer needs, market trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for new Microsoft-focused solutions and services.
- You will develop and maintain a strategic roadmap of solution offerings aligned to Microsoft's cloud, AI, security and modern workplace priorities.
- You will own the end-to-end development of new Microsoft offers, taking them from concept and validation through to launch and adoption.
- You will work closely with architects, consultants and Centres of Excellence to design scalable, repeatable and commercially viable service offerings.
- You will define standardised service packages, including scope, deliverables, methodologies, pricing and commercial models.
- You will create compelling value propositions and messaging that clearly articulate customer benefits and market differentiation.
- You will develop and deliver go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials and launch plans to support successful market adoption.
- You will collaborate with marketing teams to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline generation.
- You will monitor offer performance, analyse customer and sales feedback and continually refine offerings to maximise adoption and commercial success.
- You will work closely with Microsoft and strategic partners to align offerings with partner programmes, incentives and market opportunities.
- Demonstrable experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or a similar role within technology, cloud services or consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft's ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, Data & AI solutions.
- Proven ability to identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into commercially successful products or services.
- Experience developing and launching new solution offerings, services or managed service propositions.
- Strong go-to-market planning and execution experience, including sales enablement and content creation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and commercial audiences.
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on growth, adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand Microsoft technologies and translate technical capabilities into customer-focused solutions and messaging.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, technical and partner organisations.
