The mission: Bytes is evolving how it goes to market. We are shifting from event‑led marketing to a connected, campaign‑led demand engine aligned to how B2B buyers buy. This role exists to make digital central to that shift. You will ensure our website, journeys and campaigns convert intent into qualified pipeline and clear commercial outcomes.

What you will deliver in your first 6–12 months:

  • Turn the website and digital journeys into a consistent source of qualified demand.
  • Increase conversion rates across key digital touchpoints.
  • Connect campaigns, digital activity and CRM to create clear pipeline visibility.
  • Build a measurable link between marketing activity and revenue outcomes.
  • Bring structure and discipline to campaign execution and performance tracing.
