We’re hiring a Junior Account Manager to join our Mid-Market Sales team, focusing on organisations up to 2,000 seats. This is a new-business-led role where you’ll win new clients, nurture relationships and support their growth by introducing Bytes’ full portfolio of IT services.

What you’ll do

  • Win new business - identify and engage mid-market prospects through outbound activity, networking and research.
  • Develop client relationships - build trust and deliver a first-class customer experience from first contact onwards.
  • Position solutions - work with technical specialists to articulate the value of Bytes’ services in a clear and engaging way.
  • Manage the sales process - from discovery and qualification through to negotiation and close.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline - use CRM tools to forecast accurately and manage activity effectively.

What we’re looking for

  • 1-2 years’ experience in new-business or new-logo sales (e.g. estate agency, recruitment, automotive, or similar).
  • Proven ability to prospect, handle objections and close deals.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Eager to learn about technology and develop new skills - full training provided.
  • Based within commuting distance of Leatherhead.
