Organisations are investing heavily in cloud and security technologies, but successful delivery isn’t just about implementing solutions; it’s about managing complex projects in a way that drives real business outcomes. Customers don’t just need plans and timelines. They need someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to delivery, ensuring projects stay on track while balancing technical and business priorities.

If you enjoy working with customers, bringing order to complexity and leading projects that deliver tangible results, this role gives you the space, support and autonomy to do exactly that. You’ll play a key role in delivering cloud and security solutions that organisations depend on.

This role exists to lead the successful delivery of cloud and security‑focused projects across a varied customer base. From initial scoping through to mobilisation, transition and handover, you’ll be responsible for ensuring delivery is controlled, predictable and aligned to customer expectations.

With a growing pipeline of cloud initiatives, we need someone who can manage multiple engagements at once, maintain clear governance and reporting, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across both technical and business teams.

What you will deliver within the role:
  • Lead delivery of multiple cloud and security projects across their full lifecycle.
  • Manage mobilisation and transition phases, ensuring smooth handover into BAU environments.
  • Facilitate customer workshops, gather requirements and support accurate project scoping.
  • Create and manage project plans, overseeing scope, timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate resources across internal teams, partners and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, issues and decisions in line with stakeholder expectations.
  • Work closely with technical consultants to ensure scalable and effective solution delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, maintaining clear communication throughout delivery.
  • Ensure governance processes, stage gates and documentation are consistently followed.
  • Contribute to a structured, high‑quality delivery approach across the wider project management team.
Essentials:
  • Experience delivering cloud and/or security projects to external customers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and engagements concurrently.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2).
  • Experience with project planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisation, coordination and time‑management capability.
  • Ability to manage project scope, risks, budgets and delivery outcomes.
  • A proactive, structured approach with attention to detail and ownership mindset.

At Bytes you’ll join a collaborative, high‑trust environment where structured delivery and strong customer relationships go hand in hand. We move quickly, support each other and value individuals who bring clarity, ownership and ideas that improve how we work.

You’ll work across a wide range of cloud and security programmes, with the autonomy and backing to develop your delivery capability and make a real impact. With experienced colleagues, strong frameworks and a solutions‑led culture, you’ll be part of a team delivering meaningful outcomes for customers.

If you’re looking for a role where you can lead cloud and security projects end‑to‑end, work closely with customers and deliver outcomes that make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, high‑value programmes, build trusted stakeholder relationships and help shape how we deliver cloud projects across Bytes.
