We're looking for a Senior Service Analyst to join our Software Optimisation Services team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of customer-facing Microsoft 365 and Azure optimisation services, helping customers understand their usage, identify opportunities, reduce risk and make smarter technology decisions.

If you enjoy turning complex data into meaningful insight, presenting clear recommendations, and making a measurable difference for customers, this role offers the chance to do exactly that. As organisations continue to invest in Microsoft 365 and Azure, understanding how those services are used, managed and optimised has never been more important.

You'll play a key role in helping customers maximise value from their estates by delivering accurate analysis, practical recommendations and high-quality reporting. You'll also help shape how our services evolve, contributing to continual improvements in reporting, processes and customer outcomes.

  • Deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure optimisation reports that provide customers with clear, actionable insight
  • Identify opportunities to optimise licensing, improve utilisation, reduce risk and control costs
  • Translate complex technical and consumption data into recommendations that customers can easily understand and act on
  • Improve reporting quality, consistency and scalability across the Licence Services function
  • Support service improvement initiatives, helping to develop more efficient and repeatable ways of working
  • Act as a trusted senior analyst, providing expertise, quality assurance and support across the wider team

Experience in software licensing, SAM, ITAM, cloud optimisation, reporting or a similar analytical role.

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, usage or optimisation data.

Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Exposure to a broad range of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments across multiple customers.
