With a turnover of £2bn+, we help thousands of customers unlock greater value from technology across cloud, software, security, data and AI.
We're looking for a Procurement Advisory Analyst to join our growing Software Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and learning how commercial and procurement decisions are made within large organisations.
Working alongside experienced Procurement Advisory Consultants, you'll help deliver valuable insights, coordinate key activities, and provide the operational support that enables successful customer outcomes. This role sits at the heart of our Procurement Advisory service, helping customers make informed decisions about their software investments.
Unlike many entry-level roles, you'll gain exposure to real customer projects from day one, developing skills across procurement, software licensing, commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the delivery of procurement and software advisory services across a portfolio of customers
- Collect, validate and analyse data that supports customer recommendations and decision-making
- Coordinate activities across multiple projects, helping ensure commitments and deadlines are met
- Build positive working relationships with customer procurement and asset management teams
- Develop knowledge of software vendors, contracts and licensing models
Good Excel skills and confidence working with data are required. Previous experience in procurement, commercial administration, contract management or a similar coordination-focused role would be beneficial, but is not essential.
A genuine entry point into a specialist procurement and advisory career path, with exposure to a variety of customers, projects and technologies. The opportunity to build commercial, analytical and customer-facing skills is available, along with hybrid working that includes a mix of home, office and occasional customer site collaboration.
If you're a motivated, organised and analytical individual looking to build a career in procurement, advisory services or commercial analysis, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and start your journey with Bytes Software Services!
