Operating across Infrastructure, EUX and Service Desk functions, you will bring control, transparency and pace to delivery ensuring initiatives align to ITIL, ISO27001 and organisational priorities, while giving senior leadership clear visibility of progress, risk and value.

What you will deliver in the role

  • Lead a portfolio of concurrent Infrastructure and End User Experience initiatives aligned to strategic priorities
  • Establish structured governance, delivery cadence, RAID management and financial oversight
  • Drive delivery momentum while maintaining strong risk, dependency and issue control
  • Ensure technology changes transition cleanly into operational service with minimal disruption
  • Coordinate delivery across Infrastructure, EUX, Security and Service Desk teams
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL incident, problem and change management processes
  • Deliver initiatives in line with ISO27001 controls, security policies and audit requirements
  • Provide clear, data‑driven reporting to senior leadership and governance forums
  • Translate complex technical programmes into measurable business outcomes
  • Proactively identify, manage and escalate risks impacting delivery or service stability

  • Experience operating within ITIL‑aligned service management environments
  • Exposure to ISO27001 or similar security and compliance frameworks
  • Experience managing hybrid estates across on‑prem, cloud and enterprise endpoint platforms
  • Confidence working with senior leadership and influencing without direct authority
