The Mission

As Bytes continues to grow, we're looking for an HR Business Partner who can help leaders navigate people challenges, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure our people practices evolve alongside the business. Working closely with managers, employees and the wider HR team, you'll provide practical guidance, drive positive workplace experiences, and help create an environment where people feel supported, heard and empowered to succeed.

What You'll Deliver

  • Partner with leaders and managers to build confidence in people management and employment best practice.
  • Strengthen employee engagement through meaningful initiatives, feedback programmes and action plans.
  • Support the resolution of complex employee relations matters fairly, consistently and confidently.
  • Enhance HR policies and processes to ensure they remain effective, compliant and aligned to business needs.
  • Drive wellbeing initiatives that support a positive, psychologically safe working environment.
  • Use employee feedback and engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and influence change.
  • Contribute to the development of a high-performing HR function through collaboration, coaching and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Significant HR experience in a business partnering or generalist HR role.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing complex people matters.
  • The ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with HR systems and using data to support decision-making.
  • A pragmatic, people-focused approach with strong empathy and sound judgement.
  • CIPD qualification and experience within a commercial environment would be advantageous.
