We're looking for a Senior Service Analyst to join our Software Optimisation Services team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of customer-facing Microsoft 365 and Azure optimisation services, helping customers understand their usage, identify opportunities, reduce risk and make smarter technology decisions.

You'll play a key role in helping customers maximise value from their estates by delivering accurate analysis, practical recommendations and high-quality reporting. What you'll do- Deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure optimisation reports that provide customers with clear, actionable insight
- Identify opportunities to optimise licensing, improve utilisation, reduce risk and control costs
- Translate complex technical and consumption data into recommendations that customers can easily understand and act on
- Present findings and insights to customers, consultants and internal stakeholders with confidence and credibility
- Improve reporting quality, consistency and scalability across the Licence Services function
- Support service improvement initiatives, helping to develop more efficient and repeatable ways of working
- Act as a trusted senior analyst, providing expertise, quality assurance and support across the wider team
- Existing Lead Consultant or Senior Consultant with at least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing technology, licensing, optimisation or advisory environment
- Experience in software licensing, SAM, ITAM, cloud optimisation, reporting or a similar analytical role
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, usage or optimisation data
- Experience analysing Azure consumption, cost management or optimisation information
- Proven ability to create customer-facing reports and present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
