This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area. The receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive impression of the organization and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet and greet all visitors at Bytes House, ensure they are checked in and provide relevant guidance Responsible for entry passes and ID cards for both staff and visitors. Manage BSS Reception inbox dealing with any enquiries efficiently and promptly Administration of Net2Access control to allow access to the building outside of office hours Manage meeting room schedules via Outlook Calendars Management of Vendor bookings via B Smart Set-up
