Position details
PURPOSE OF JOB:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M365 Copilot Studio Consultant to join our growing team. As a Copilot Studio Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in finding, designing, developing and deploying Copilot Studio solutions to our customers.
Your primary focus will be to help customers identify opportunities to implement agentic AI solutions, then to develop the AI solution within their environment to meet the business’ goals.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Copilot team to help customers get prepared and execute on Copilot Studio Implementation projects.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable in presenting and be able to fully understand the agentic AI requirements of customers. Someone who has previously developed AI solutions internally or for customers would be ideal for this role.
Key responsibilities
- Engaging with customers to understand their current agentic AI strategy
- Implementation of Agentic AI solutions via Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Understanding of how the proposed solutions fit into wider agentic AI strategies
- Educating customers on Copilot Studio and the benefit it can bring to their business
- Evangelising Copilot and the Microsoft AI suite
- Preparing customers environments to identify any potential issues ahead of implementation
Individual responsibilities
- Delivering workshops to customers to uncover agentic AI use cases
- Discussing and implementing agentic AI solutions to customers
- Engage with customers to design bespoke agentic AI solutions
- Understanding and keeping up to date with Copilots features
- Advising customers on Copilot Best Practice
- Advising customers on Copilot Security and Privacy Considerations
- Troubleshooting and support of Copilot during implementation only
Qualifications, experience & skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE Level with minimum of A-C Grade in Math and English – ESSENTIAL
Professional Qualifications
- PL-900: Power Platforms Fundamentals – DESIRABLE
Years of Experience
- 1 year experience or similar customer service focused role – ESSENTIAL
Other Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience with Implementing Copilot Studio Agents
- Experience with gathering customer requirements and architecting a solution to fit those requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills and time management
- Can work as part of a Team or as an Individual to meet key deadlines
