PURPOSE OF JOB: As a Channel Account Manager, you’ll focus on identifying, onboarding, and developing new channel partners to expand our reach and drive revenue. Once onboarded, you’ll nurture these relationships to ensure long-term success and alignment with Bytes’ commercial goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify and engage new channel partners across key target sectors.
  • Lead outreach, qualification, and onboarding for new partners.
  • Develop tailored engagement plans to drive partner ramp-up and early success.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the channel.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver impactful sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Support partners in building joint value propositions and closing deals.
  • Represent Bytes at partner meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management - ideally in a channel or partner-facing environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and the broader IT ecosystem.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
