Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure optimisation reports that provide customers with clear, actionable insight.
- Identify opportunities to optimise licensing, improve utilisation, reduce risk and control costs.
- Translate complex technical and consumption data into recommendations that customers can easily understand and act on.
- Present findings and insights to customers, consultants and internal stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
- Improve reporting quality, consistency and scalability across the Licence Services function.
- Support service improvement initiatives, helping to develop more efficient and repeatable ways of working.
- Act as a trusted senior analyst, providing expertise, quality assurance and support across the wider team.

Qualifications
- Existing Lead Consultant or Senior Consultant with at least 2 years' experience in a customer‑facing technology, licensing, optimisation or advisory environment.
- Experience in software licensing, SAM, ITAM, cloud optimisation, reporting or a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, usage or optimisation data.
- Experience analysing Azure consumption, cost management or optimisation information.
- Proven ability to create customer‑facing reports and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
