In this role you support Procurement Advisory Consultants to deliver software procurement advisory and transactional services. You'll collect and analyse data to create value, enable repeatable processes, and help manage customer outcomes within a post-sale framework. You work across multiple accounts to optimise spend, increase adoption, and contribute to customer success. This position offers hybrid working with UK travel and exposure to a broad portfolio from mid-sized to global enterprises. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements.
Pay / Benefits
- Collect and collate accurate data and analyse it to inform procurement advice
- Contribute to customer-facing reports and deliverables and meet SOW requirements
- Support Service Reviews with activity visibility and value evidence
- Build relationships with customer procurement and SAM functions
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality service and adherence to SLAs
- Develop knowledge of software contracts and vendor offerings
- Contribute to asset management change programs
- Identify opportunities to propose new or evolved services
- Escalate service issues within the team and to management
- Maintain open communication with Consultants and team colleagues
Key requirements
- Minimum GCSEs English and Mathematics
- CIPS Level 2 or 3 Certificate (Standard or Advanced)
- ITAM/SAM Certification/Accreditation (e.g., CSAM)
- ILIL Foundation Project Management Accreditation (PRINCE2)
- >1 year experience in software procurement/contract management support
- Exposure to vendor licensing schemes and server infra licensing scenarios
