PURPOSE OF JOB:
As a Channel Sales Team Leader at Bytes Software Services, you will spearhead a dynamic team of sales professionals, driving growth by selling to, through, and with our valued partners. Your role will encompass the development and execution of innovative sales strategies, the management of key accounts, and the cultivation of robust client relationships. You will be instrumental in ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in navigating the complexities of channel sales, ultimately contributing to the sustained success and expansion of our business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of channel sales professionals to achieve both individual and team sales targets within the partner ecosystem.
- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth through and with our partners.
- Manage and nurture key channel accounts, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within the channel and devise strategies to expand the partner base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute impactful channel sales campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor channel sales performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the channel sales team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors\’ activities to maintain a competitive edge in the channel sales landscape.
