Overview: Our client is looking for a hands‑on Paid Media & E‑commerce Lead to manage and grow our paid advertising channels. This is a specialist role, not a management position, and the focus is on performance marketing with no direct reports. The primary responsibility is overseeing Google Ads and paid search campaigns, with secondary focus on Microsoft Ads and paid social channels. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing significant ad budgets, diagnosing performance issues, and implementing strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.
Requirements / Experience:
- Extensive hands‑on experience managing large‑scale advertising budgets.
- Proven expertise with Google Ads and core Google tools (GA4, Merchant Center, Shopping feeds).
- Strong A/B testing experience to optimise campaigns and creatives.
- High proficiency in data analysis to quickly diagnose and resolve account performance issues.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment with daily trading meetings.
- Experience managing Microsoft Ads and paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google and other platforms such as Microsoft Ads and Meta.
- Own Google Ads ecosystem, including Merchant Center, GA4, and shopping feeds.

- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to guide strategy and break performance plateaus.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversions) and diagnose account issues quickly.
- Use analytics to optimise campaigns and inform future strategy.
- Maintain clear reporting of performance and insights for the team.
