Key Responsibilities
- Develop accessible, responsive, and high‑quality WordPress websites.
- Transform design concepts into fully functional sites, following consistent design guidelines.
- Maintain a library of reusable components and blocks for efficient site builds.
- Implement structured content and custom functionality using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
- Provide advice to project managers and designers on best practices and technical solutions.
- Suggest plugins, tools, and workflows to enhance the WordPress ecosystem.
- Assist with backend tasks, including custom APIs, integrations, and bespoke features.
- Identify potential risks or opportunities early and communicate them effectively.
- Ensure all sites are secure, backed up, and optimised for speed and performance.

- Skilled at turning designs into consistent, high‑quality UI (layout, typography, UX).

- Familiar with page builders (Beaver Builder, Elementor) within structured workflows.
- Strong communication—able to explain technical decisions clearly.
