What you’ll do
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support, customer success, or related field.
- Basic proficiency in Python or a similar programming language for automation and API interaction.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and the ability to interpret API documentation independently.
- Basic SQL knowledge for extracting customer data and troubleshooting.
- Strong written communication skills, demonstrating clarity, conciseness, and empathy.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
- Willingness to work on-site.
