  • Establish a sustainable pipeline for ByteDance\'s innovative technology solutions in AI and MaaS, and expand BytePlus business across Europe.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the customer base in Europe, with consultative sales approaches.
  • Execute Go-to-Market strategies and drive revenue through effective sales activities.
  • Lead demand generation activities, manage the end-to-end sales process, and understand BytePlus\'s products and solutions.
  • Accurately report on sales activities and forecasts.
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding, drive full adoption of solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and generate referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher, preferably in computer science or engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in cloud computing, video cloud, or AI/ML.
  • Experience in vertical industries like Digital Media, Adtech, eCommerce, Entertainment, Content.
  • Strong background in AI technologies and AI-driven business solutions.
  • Rich resources and relationships with local customers and partners, with proven track records.
  • Deep understanding of internet sectors such as gaming, eCommerce, media, and social.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and ability to develop early markets and enter new markets with good client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in European languages, especially French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Agile, entrepreneurial, result-oriented, with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of influencing stakeholders on complex topics.
