Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client's pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results to clients.
- Externally, lead enterprise client engagement (C-level to working level) lifecycle end-to-end, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
- Internally, act as a trusted advisor collaborating with multiple product teams, articulating feature requests to shape product roadmap, and providing thought leadership and industry knowledge across cloud and ML products.
- Work closely with product teams to close Product Market Fit gaps and drive product development and iterations.
- Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell activities with Account Executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering preferred; strong business acumen a plus.
- At least 10+ years of related experience, preferably as a solution architect or pre-sales engineer in B2B AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience explaining relevant projects.
- Deep understanding of Public Cloud, including CDN, security, video streaming, ML applications, etc.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients in industries like ecommerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, or gambling.
- Technical skills including developer experience, front-end/back-end development, and deep learning models are a plus.
