Role Overview
BytePlus is bringing ByteDance's advanced foundation model capabilities to enterprise customers worldwide. Powered by products including Seed Speech, Seed Audio, and Seedream, we are accelerating the global commercialisation of voice and multimodal AI—helping customers unlock new value across content creation, voice agents, content localisation, interactive entertainment, and more.
We are looking for a Senior Product Solutions Lead in London who combines deep voice-industry insight, enterprise customer experience, and strong go-to-market expertise. This is a high-impact senior role with broad business influence and meaningful scope to shape decisions. You will lead the global GTM strategy for voice AI, drive strategic enterprise engagements, and translate market signals, customer needs, and high-impact insight into product direction and commercial growth.
This is an opportunity to help define the next chapter of voice AI, turning high-quality voice model capabilities into real, scaled enterprise applications around the world. You will take meaningful ownership as a senior individual contributor, directly influencing global voice GTM, strategic account priorities, product direction, and ecosystem partnerships. Built on a high-growth global platform with growing international recognition, BytePlus and its model products—including Seedream—offer strong leverage for our voice and multimodal AI businesses. You will partner with exceptional global teams across product, research, engineering, sales, and marketing to solve complex problems and expand your impact as the business grows.
- Shape and drive the global GTM strategy for voice AI, defining priority markets, industries, customer segments, and use cases for Seed Speech, Seed Audio, and related offerings; sharpen value propositions, routes to market, and commercial playbooks to drive business outcomes.
- Win strategic customers and build industry solutions by partnering with sales, business development, and channel teams throughout enterprise discovery, solution design, technical engagement, PoC, and scaled deployment—creating repeatable solutions and flagship global customer references.
- Develop market, customer, and industry insight by tracking global voice AI demand, the broader landscape, business models, and ecosystem shifts; form a clear point of view and use it to influence positioning, roadmap priorities, pricing, and partnership strategy.
- Bridge product and market by working across product, research, engineering, sales, and marketing teams globally to translate frontline customer feedback into clear priorities and faster product iteration; expand the customer and partner ecosystem and explore multimodal opportunities with products such as Seedream.
