Leveraging ByteDance’s cutting‑edge intelligent technologies, we are devoted to developing innovative products and solutions to shape the future.
We are looking for Enterprise Sales professionals to join our team in tapping into potential client opportunities and growing new business. You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives for our cutting‑edge innovation technology solutions in the UK/US/Canada market, driving revenue, adoption and market penetration for targeted industry verticals from scratch.
Responsibilities:- Establish a strong pipeline for ByteDance’s innovation technology solution suite.
- Execute Go‑to‑Market strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities.
- Build and manage a strong relationship with prospect clients.
- Be familiar with industry pain points and able to solution innovation technology use‑cases to solve clients’ problems.
- Partner closely with the marketing team to drive up market awareness of our innovative technology portfolio via public conferences, seminars and/or workshops.
- Be proactive in problem‑solving even if it is outside your concerned area and ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience of managing UK/US/Canada clients and building pure new deals from scratch in the UK/US/Canada market.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or product role with a background in B2B technology and/or GenAI/LLM.
- You are a self‑starter & have a passion for making an impact for our clients.
- Product experience with cloud computing and AI solutions, such as algorithms, computer vision, data analysis, CDP, data warehouse, is a plus.
- Industry experience in Internet / e‑commerce, retail/media/ICT industries is a plus.
- Regional experience with a good understanding of the key emerging markets is a plus.
