Job Description
- Provides budget administrative support, including coordinating internal processes with legal, finance, and procurement teams on behalf of the department; managing third-party contracts, payments, and renewals; preparing purchase orders; and reviewing invoices for payment.
- Manages departmental budget, including forecasting and spend controls.
- Prepares accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports as requested.
- Assists with the coordination of other administrative projects supporting the team's leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in administration or a related field.
- Strong financial numeracy and acumen; high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent English language skills; additional European languages beneficial.
