Responsibilities:
- Grow the business within the Tech & Telco vertical as part of a wider Entertainment, Media, Tech and Telco vertical team.
- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok.
- Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions.
- Lead C Suite level conversations to increase revenue and grow strategic partnerships.
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market.
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
- Spearhead client education on products and give product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships.
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising experience.
- Track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points - Knowledge of self-serve platforms i.e. auction/biddable forms of digital advertising buying.
- Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agencies and C-level relationships.
- Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
- A team player and collaborator.
Preferred Qualifications:
- App monetisation experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.
