About Us
Embedded in customer environments, this role will rapidly develop and debug AI applications to accomplish production-grade deployment, while driving product feature iteration.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business scenarios, rapidly build AI application prototypes for validation, and continuously iterate them into production-grade Agent systems.
- Design AI- and cloud-based architectures, and leverage AI-assisted development to rapidly implement solutions within customer environments, effectively integrating with customers’ application APIs and data systems while complying with their security requirements.
- Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure Agent systems meet requirements for accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify reusable application patterns and technical challenges, translate them into product feature requests, and help drive product evolution and improvement.
- Work closely with customers’ engineering teams to ensure successful deployment of AI applications, achieving long‑term stability, high adoption rates, and sustained business value.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- More than 3 years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in Vibe Coding and substantial practical application of it in real‑world projects.
- Hands‑on experience building AI applications, including areas such as Prompt Engineering, Fine‑Tuning, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agent development.
- Experience in cloud‑based architecture design and development, including developing with cloud service APIs/SDKs, automated deployment, and designing highly available and scalable systems.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience developing complex Agent systems, with proficiency in using open‑source or commercial Agent development frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or Agent development SDKs provided by cloud service providers.
- Experience delivering AI solutions for one or more industries, including but not limited to education, healthcare, automotive, financial services, telecommunications, and other sectors.
