Responsibilities include overseeing destination services across the EMEA region, managing vendors, improving employee satisfaction, standardizing processes, handling escalations, monitoring vendor spending, collaborating with various internal teams, and enhancing employee experience through training and documentation. Participation in procurement processes is also required. Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor\’s degree and 4 years of experience in vendor management or operations. Preferred skills include strong communication, problem-solving, resilience, data analysis, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
