Responsibilities

  • Screen profiles and establish connections with German creators based on business goals, and assist in creator education and inspiration sharing to local creators.
  • Communicate with local creators on a daily basis to understand the pain points in template creation, summarise common problems and develop solutions.
  • For festival nodes and new product features, brainstorm on template ideas, share them as inspirations with creators, and follow up on the creation progress.
  • Collect global trending topics on a daily basis to assist teams in producing more localised content.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English & German is required to communicate with stakeholders and external clients in the DE market.
  • Have certain video-editing capabilities (either on PC or mobile).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be familiar with major social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, and have a deep understanding of German culture.
  • Have a high sensitivity to content, be able to identify trends and fashions on social media, and those with experience in operating social media accounts are preferred.
